Better safe than sorry – All the facts about fisting at a glance
- The anoderm (the skin around the rosette up to about 5 cm into the anal canal) has the highest nerve density of the entire human body and is therefore the most sensitive piece of skin.
- These nerves are sides of the nerve cords that also control the tail.
- The sphincter muscle is – expertly and carefully worked – very extensible. How far varies from person to person.
- Expert stretching does not damage the anus.
The most common reasons why fisters visit the proctologist:
- It was fisted without gloves.
- Fingernails or calluses have injured the anal canal.
- The bowel has been infected with streptococci or staphylococci because of nail bed inflammation.
- The sphincter muscle was stretched too fast and/or too far. This leads to tears (so-called fissures), which become chronic and lead to nerve damage.
Infectious diseases, especially hepatitis C and HIV:
- Fucking without a rubber
- Mucous membrane contacts (lip – intestine)
If you pay attention to the following, you will reduce the risk of infection and injury to a minimum:
- Douche gently before fisting
- Always use gloves
- Avoid drugs
- Use enough lube
- Keep adding more
- Stretch the anus slowly and carefully
- Be mindful of the depth as well
- Never stick your cock unprotected into a fisted bottom
- Spank gently afterwards
- Apply a nourishing ointment to the anus after fisting
Otherwise: Play hard, but play safe!
