Anal bleaching – whitening for your rosette

4 Min. Lesezeit

Bleaching? If this word automatically makes you think of the dentist, you’re on the wrong track. A new trend is spreading in the gay scene: more and more men are having their arseholes bleached. The idea behind it? An inviting whitened bum that will make your lover’s mouth water. You probably don’t have that much of it yourself, because when do you ever see your arsehole? We’ll tell you how the treatment works and why it’s so popular.

Anal bleaching against natural discolouration of the anus

The skin around the butthole changes over the years. Whether hormones or simply natural pigmentation – it darkens around the rosette. Not all men are severely affected, but some are. The problem with this is that despite all the hygiene, a very dark arsehole often looks unhygienic and often triggers complexes in those affected. Of course, this is nonsense and your lover probably doesn’t care at all about the colour of your backside. But if you don’t feel good about yourself, all the nice words won’t help.

Analbleaching is used to lighten the area and bring a very dark buttock back in line with the rest of the skin colour. Incidentally, the porn industry has long relied on the “rejuvenation effect” for the buttocks. This is mainly for aesthetic reasons, because a dark arsehole is not a sign of illness. It is simply due to many melanocytes. These cells produce colour pigments and are more pronounced in some men and less in others.

Special case: In some cases, the procedure is not performed for cosmetic reasons, but to treat scars. If you have had surgery on your backside, light-coloured scars are particularly noticeable. Bleaching allows the skin to be visually adjusted and the scar no longer stands out as much.

How anal bleaching works using two different methods

If you decide in favour of the procedure, you have to choose between two different options. The laser treatment is carried out with a depigmentation laser. Pigment cells are gently crushed and then broken down naturally by your white blood cells. The effect is immediately visible, and the skin tone becomes uniform. Laser treatments are performed on an outpatient basis and require neither anaesthesia nor sedation. The pain factor is low, similar to permanent hair removal using laser beams. If you are particularly sensitive, your practitioner will be happy to apply a numbing cream to ensure you have a pleasant experience.

In some cases, laser treatment may not be recommended. This is the case for the following contraindications, among others:

  • Autoimmune diseases (after consultation with your doctor)
  • Haematopoietic disorders
  • Ingestion of blood thinners
  • Acute infections, sexually transmitted diseases or inflammations
  • Heart disease

The duration of the procedure can vary, on average 45 minutes can be expected. During the first seven days, you should avoid going to the sauna or swimming pool. Many men have the bleaching process repeated to ensure the best possible effect.

Whitening with chemical peeling

The alternative to whitening your rosette is to use a chemical peel. It consists of ingredients such as mandelic acid, malic acid, sapwood extract, mulberry extract, tranexamic acid and lactobionic acid. Your practitioner applies the substance to the desired areas and leaves it on for around a quarter of an hour. The acid removes the upper layers of skin and with them the dark pigments. Unlike laser treatment, the second session is not optional, but is of great importance for the effect. A waiting period of ten weeks should not be exceeded between two appointments.

Tip: You can find products online to do your own anti-bleaching. Don’t do it yourself, because you need a professional. If you leave the chemicals on for too long, you risk damaging your skin and it will hurt!

What side effects can anal bleaching have?

As the treatment is non-invasive, the likelihood of side effects is low. The correct application of the two methods is crucial. With peeling, there is a risk of burns if it is left on for too long. If you react very sensitively, repeated itching cannot be ruled out. If you look after the treated area thoroughly, the issue will be over after a few days, and you can be happy about your rejuvenated arsehole.

Important: There are individual cases in which there are more severe side effects. These include allergic reactions, the formation of scars due to burns or burns (with the laser) and a permanent burning sensation. If hygiene is not observed, infectious diseases cannot be ruled out. You should stay away from the active ingredient hydroquinone in peelings. This bleaching is suspected of being carcinogenic (source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydroquinone).

Cost factor anal bleaching – this is how expensive it gets

If you decide to bleach your arsehole, this is an aesthetic procedure. Your health insurance will not cover the costs, you will have to pay them yourself. The costs vary depending on the method and cosmetic studio, with the average cost being around 1,000 euros. The total price will probably depend on where you have the treatment carried out. In the United States, spas and beauty parlours are common. In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, bleaching creams must be medically prescribed. Here you have to go to a dermatologist or a classic beauty doctor to have your rosette bleached.

Does anal sex darken the arsehole?

Many gays wonder whether the darkening of pigmentation in the arsehole is caused by a lot of anal sex. The clear answer is no. Regardless of how often you pimp, the colour only changes due to pigment cells. Whether they appear more frequently, and you think about anale bleaching as you get older, is a whim of nature. Theoretically, however, it is possible to develop scars during anal sex. This is the case if you do not use personal lubricant, do not achieve optimal anal relaxation and deep injuries occur during sex. However, small tears in the anal mucosa do not leave any pigment stains!

Conclusion: anal bleaching yes or no? Is it worth it for me?

We can’t give you a clear answer whether you are the right candidate for anal bleaching. The colour of your rosette says nothing about you and your horniness when fucking. Most guys probably won’t even notice the colour of your bum. However, if you feel uncomfortable and would like a bleaching, look for a reliable practitioner. Pay attention to hygiene in the studio or practice and get information about the methods. Laser treatment is favoured by many gays as it is less irritating to the skin and the effect is immediately visible.
