The juicy practice of docking

7 Min. Lesezeit

If you’ve never heard of docking or have always wanted to try it with your partner or a lover on your next adventure, read on to find out exactly what it’s all about, as well as tips on preparation and foreskin stretching. But first: What is docking?

„ “Docking” is a verb that describes the act of stretching a man’s foreskin over another man’s penis. It can only be practised between men when at least one of them is intact (uncircumcised). This “foreplay” is best mixed with some lube or pre-cum before the fun begins.

Dock me one!

Docking thus describes a very intimate and intense sexual act performed by at least one man („Half Docking“) or two uncircumcised men („Full Docking“). Man one pulls his foreskin back and holds it in place while man two opens his foreskin wide and pulls it outwards as far as possible over the glans and shaft of man one’s penis. Then man one repeats the process, releasing all of the foreskin he has been holding back, pulling the opening outwards and placing it as far as possible over man two’s penis, making sure that man two’s foreskin stays in place. When finished, both glans touch tip to tip and are enclosed within each other’s foreskin. If you have a larger foreskin, you can better cover your lover’s penis and thus be better man 1.

The combined coverage, along with the moist juices that slowly begin to flow, creates a sucking effect that works in a way similar to a masturbator, keeping everything in place while stimulating both penises at the same time, similar to Chinese finger cuffs. This position allows for a considerable amount of wanking while both penises remain helplessly inside each other. The sensation is so intense that both men can cum at the same time, visually filling the foreskin coupling with so much semen that it can be seen to swell and – this is then called „Wet Docking“. Then the foreskins slowly separate and the warm, wet sensations are enjoyed while the still erect penises are brought together with their intermingled exuding juices.

It won’t work out – what to do if the foreskin is too tight?

In medical terms, this is called phimosis, where the foreskin is too tight. If it is not possible for you to pull your foreskin completely back over the glans, you have phimosis. The aim of stretching in the case of phimosis is to achieve a state in which you can freely move the foreskin back and forth over your glans when the penis is erect. So if this is the case for you, you may need to see a doctor (already)

First, let’s clarify the problem. The reason your foreskin is tight is because its natural movement is restricted by the furrowed band.

gefurchtes-Band

The furrowed band – An aspect of phimosis

In a normal penis, this area is also known as the grooved band, but it does not affect the full retractability of the foreskin. With phimosis, on the other hand, you can only retract the foreskin to the extent that the phimotic ring allows. Any attempt to retract further will cause pain and discomfort. So, to effectively treat your phimosis, you need to gradually increase the circumference of your furrowed band. This small band is what you are trying to stretch using the methods presented here.

However, these methods can also be used for general foreskin stretching to cure phimosis, giving you more room for docking.

Active and passive stretching

There are two approaches to stretching the foreskin: active stretching and passive stretching.

Passive stretching – This is the stretching of your furrowed ligament without physical effort using rings. Passive stretching is crucial to making progress with foreskin stretching and is essential. In this method, you wear rings over your furrowed ligament for a set time each day, and these rings stretch your ligament equally in all directions. Be sure to choose the right ring size. If the rings are too tight, they may cause the furrowed band to tear. If they are too loose, they may fall off and may not provide enough stretch.

Active stretching – As the name suggests, this is the active stretching of the foreskin through various exercises, such as using your fingers to stretch the diameter of the furrowed band. This also includes stretching your frenulum, which we will discuss later in this guide.

Although the idea of stretching the foreskin may seem overwhelming at first, it is actually quite straightforward and does not require much time or effort. However, it is almost the same as anal stretching to accommodate large dildos or fisting. Consistency is key, and the more consistent you are, the better results you will get. For best results, it’s a good idea to incorporate both methods into your daily stretching schedule. Passive stretching with rings should be the foundation of your foreskin stretching routine.

Important: However, talk to your doctor about your plan beforehand to be better advised and supported in this process!

Rings for passive foreskin stretching

Rings allow a gentle and even stretching of the furrowed band in all directions. If you are serious about stretching your foreskin for docking, rings are an essential part of your stretching plan if you need to start „small“. Here’s how the process works with the Rings Set:

  • Determine which size of rings is appropriate for your current level. You may need to do a little trial and error to find the right size. The ring should not be too tight, as this could be uncomfortable. It should just fit comfortably.
  • Start wearing the rings every day for 30 minutes. Use a lube – or medium such as coconut oil or castor oil.
  • Depending on how you get used to wearing a particular ring, you can increase the time every so often.
  • After a few days or weeks, you will notice that this ring regularly drops. This indicates that the ring is now too loose and it is time to move to the next ring and continue with the stretch. The ring sizes are labelled and differ only slightly from each other. Therefore, you should be able to switch to the next ring size without any problems as soon as your current ring is sufficiently loose.
  • Repeat the process with the next ring size.

If you are wondering how to put on the rings, there are two methods. Method 1 is easier, but only applies to smaller rings, usually 24 mm in diameter or less. The Method 2 is for larger rings, as method 1 is only suitable for smaller ring sizes.

Method 1: Instructions for putting on the rings

  1. Pull back your foreskin (don’t overdo it)
  2. Select the appropriate stretch ring
  3. Push the ring against the glans, inside the furrowed band
  4. Let go of the ring as soon as the furrowed band firmly encloses the outer diameter of the ring

Method2: Instructions for using the rings

  1. Pull back your foreskin (&don’t overdo it)
  2. Fold the stretch ring
  3. Press the folded ring against the glans, inside the furrowed band
  4. Slowly release the folded ring

The stretching of the foreskin using the rings is a passive activity, as it does not affect your normal activities while you are wearing the ring. For example, you can read a book or work on your computer while wearing the ring. You do not have to take the ring off when you urinate. However, be sure to clean the rings with soap after each use to maintain hygiene.

Active foreskin stretching – the 2 finger method

If the furrowed band of your foreskin is over 16 or 18 mm in diameter, you should be able to insert two fingers into the furrowed band. Using fingers to stretch is an active form of stretching, as you need to spend a certain amount of time and effort to perform these exercises. After the rings, this is the second most important protocol in the stretching process. Here’s how you should go about it:

  1. Use your index fingers to locate your furrowed band. It should feel like a small, inelastic rubber band.
  2. Then gently try to stretch your band in the opposite direction for 30 seconds.
  3. Unwind it for 10 seconds to relax.
  4. Stretch it again for 30 seconds.
  5. Repeat the stretching process 5 times in one session.

This session should only take 5 to 10 minutes of your daily time. However, this method is very safe as you will develop a good sense of how far you can stretch your furrowed band without causing tears.

Use 2 fingers on the sides

If your foreskin does not open wide enough and your furrowed band is less than 16 mm, it is possible that you are not yet able to manually insert two fingers to perform a phimosis stretch. In this case, you will need to slightly adapt the above 2-finger protocol. Here is how you should do it:

  1. Localise your band by slightly retracting your foreskin.
  2. Grip the opposite sides of the furrowed band, as shown below, with your thumb and forefinger of each hand.
  3. Gently stretch it by pulling in the opposite direction for 30 seconds.
  4. Then relax it for 10 seconds.
  5. Stretch it again for 30 seconds.
  6. Repeat the process 5 times or öfter in one session.

Five to ten minutes per day should be sufficient. Please note that this method is not necessary if you are already able to insert two fingers. This is only for those who do not yet have enough foreskin opening to allow the insertion of two fingers for stretching. As soon as the diameter of your foreskin decreases enough to allow for two-finger insertion, use the two-finger insertion method instead.

The stretching of the frenulum

Stretching of the frenulum is the third most important stretch, after the rings and the method with the insertion of 2 fingers. The frenulum is a small band that connects the glans to the inner foreskin surface. It is one of the most sensitive areas of your penis. People with phimosis often have a slightly shortened frenulum. But this can be easily stretched using the method shown. Here’s how it works:

Frenulum stretching for phimosis

  1. Grip the lower part of your foreskin with your thumb and forefinger.
  2. Gently pull the lower foreskin forward, which also pulls the frenulum forward.
  3. Hold the frenulum stretched forward for 30 seconds and then relax it for 10 seconds.
  4. Repeat this process 5 times daily.

Please note that stretching the frenulum only serves to loosen the frenulum. It alone will not stretch your foreskin. You will still need to use rings and the 2-finger insertion method to expand the diameter of your furrowed band. However, stretching the frenulum contributes to this as it is possible that your frenulum may be a little small or too tight. So combine all these stretches to get the best results. That way, nothing stands in the way of your docking adventure and you can let any other cock into your foreskin!
