New here or ordering every now and then? Perfect. You start right away with one of the most important perks of all. Your status is active automatically from the very first minute – no strings attached.

✦ BRONZE – The Climber

You’re serious. So are we. As soon as you start ordering regularly, we add a little extra. You reach this status with 300 euros annual turnover or 12 orders per year.

Monthly 5 euro voucher (minimum order value 29€)

✦ SILVER – The Pro

You’re part of the inner circle. We reward that with solid percentages. You reach this status with 600 euros annual turnover or 24 orders per year.

✦ GOLD – The VIP

It doesn’t get any better. You’re a Tom Rockets Gold member. We roll out the red carpet for you. You reach this status with 1,200 euros annual turnover or 36 orders per year.

Fine print, made big
To keep things fair, the following rules apply: we always look at the current year (updated daily). If you reach the threshold through turnover or number of orders, you level up immediately.

Important combination note: Poppers tier prices (up to 55%) always apply – the extra discount for Bronze/Silver/Gold is added on top for all other products.

Please note that cancelled or returned orders do not count towards the loyalty program. Shipping costs are also excluded from turnover calculations.

Only one voucher (Discounts and promotional vouchers) can be redeemed at a time in our shop (value vouchers and gift vouchers are exempt from this rule). To receive status benefits, creating a customer account (registration) is required, as only orders linked to your account can be used as the calculation basis.
