The shipping costs listed above apply regardless of the order value and payment method.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Depending on the products in your cart, you can choose between the following shipping service providers:

DELIVERY ADDRESS DIFFERENT FROM BILLING ADDRESS

We will deliver your order to the address of your choice within the delivery time stated above.

If you would like your order delivered to an address different from your billing address, e.g. your office, a friend’s address, or your neighbours, please enter the desired delivery address during the checkout process after clicking “Delivery address is different from billing address”.

Important! We always ship your order in a neutral, non-descript package so that it is not possible to tell what is inside from the outside.

If you have registered as a customer on our website, you can store as many delivery addresses as you like in your profile.

DELIVERY TO A DHL PARCEL LOCKER / POST OFFICE

If you select DHL as your shipping provider, you can have your parcel delivered to a parcel locker or post office.

During checkout, click “Delivery address is different from billing address” and then select “Parcel Locker / Post Office”. Then enter your DHL customer number as well as the number of the parcel locker or post office.

If you don’t have these numbers at hand, simply use the “Find Parcel Locker / Post Office” button and enter your city and postal code. Then select your parcel locker. Your order information will be updated automatically.

Unfortunately, delivery to P.O. boxes or via poste restante is currently not possible.

 
FROM US TO YOU – THE SHIPPING PROCESS

As soon as your order has left our warehouse and has been handed over to the shipping provider you selected, we will send you a confirmation email. This includes your tracking number as well as a direct link to shipment tracking.

Please note that shipment tracking is activated and updated by the shipping provider. It may not yet be active at the time you receive our confirmation email. Please be patient for a moment and try again later. 

DHL DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

DHL only makes one delivery attempt per shipment. If you are not reached, the parcel will either be left with a neighbour or deposited at a nearby
post office. After delivery, you have 7 days to collect your parcel from the post office. After that, the parcel is returned to our warehouse.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If your parcel has not arrived within five days of receiving our shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service.
