Also für das Härtestes was ich jeh genommen habe. Allerdings hält die wirkung sehr lange an, auch die Nebenwirkunden. Ich habe sie dann entsort, weil mir die nebenwirkungen zu stark waren. Ohren und Rauschen des Kopfes, Blaue Finger und Fußnäghel nis hin zu stehstörungen (großer gelber Fleck wo ich auch hingeschaut habe). Sber die eirkung war schon extrem und keine Kopfschmerzen... Muss jeder selner wissen, ich war zu schwach.
