Dilators and sounds
The classic sounding toys. The Bent Steel Dilator in 8, 10 and 12 mm, the Long Bent version and the Blue Diamond Sounding Rod are smooth, slightly curved and follow the natural path. Always start with the smallest diameter and only build up over time, never within one session.

How do I start with sounding? With the smallest diameter, plenty of sterile water-based lube and plenty of time. A smooth dilator like the Bent Steel in 8 mm is a good start. Never by force, always let it glide.
Which lube must I use? Only sterile, water-based lube like the K-Y Jelly. Other gels do not belong in the urethra.
