Penis Pumps
A penis pump works with a vacuum: the low pressure draws blood into the cock and gives a temporary, fuller swelling and often a firmer erection. At Tom Rocket's there are hydro pumps for the water, classic air pumps and automatic models. This page sorts the types and says honestly what the pump does – and what it doesn't.

Penis pumps at a glance
| Type | Example | Character |
|---|---|---|
| Hydro pump | Bathmate Hydromax, HydroXtreme | with water, in the shower |
| Air pump | Power Pump | classic, manual |
| Automatic | MegaLift, Aqua-Pro AI | at the push of a button |
| Glans pump | Eichel Pump-Sucker | targeted at the head |
Hydro pumps
The Bathmate Hydromax range (3, 5, 7, 9) and the HydroXtreme 9 work with water instead of air, which spreads the pressure more evenly. They're used in the shower or the bath and count as the comfortable, beginner-friendly option. The number in the name stands for the size range it covers.
Air pumps
The classic. The Power Pump in black, blue, purple and red works with air and a hand bulb or trigger you use to dose the vacuum yourself. Uncomplicated, sturdy and with full control over the pace.
Automatic and special
If you want it easy, reach for the automatic: the MegaLift and the Aqua-Pro AI build the vacuum at the push of a button. Special models like the Eichel Pump-Sucker target the head specifically, the StrokeMate Rotation Pump and the TechnoThrust Masturbator Pump combine pumping and stimulation.
Safety: don't over-pump
The vacuum is the appeal and the risk at once. Build the pressure up slowly and don't overdo it, as too strong or too long a vacuum can lead to bruising, swelling and injury. Release at once if it hurts, goes numb or the cock turns dark. Stick to the time and pressure guidance of the model. And be honest with yourself: the pump gives a temporary swelling, not a permanent enlargement.
Pump, sleeve or ring
Three tools, three results. The pump gives a temporary swelling of your own erection. The penis sleeve gives visibly more size as long as it's worn. The cock ring traps the blood and holds the erection longer – many use it right after pumping to hold the effect.

Frequently asked questions
Does a penis pump make you permanently bigger? No. The pump gives a temporary swelling via a vacuum. It doesn't cause a permanent enlargement.
Water or air pump? Hydro pumps like the Bathmate spread the pressure more evenly and count as more comfortable and beginner-friendly. Air pumps like the Power Pump are sturdy and give full manual control.
What do I need to watch for safety? Build the pressure up slowly, don't over-pump and release at once at any pain, numbness or dark discolouration. Follow the model's time and pressure guidance.
Why a cock ring after pumping? The ring traps the blood and holds the swelling longer. Many combine a pump and a ring for exactly this reason.
Is delivery discreet? Yes, in neutral packaging with no reference to the contents. Orders placed by 1 pm go out the same working day.
