Plugs and trainers

Lubricant is mandatory for every session, and it has to be thick. Crisco 453 g and the XXL Crisco 1360 g are oil-based lubricants and damage latex. Do not use Crisco with latex gloves or latex condoms. With condoms or latex gloves, switch to a water-based lube or a hybrid gel whose manufacturer states condom compatibility, such as the Fist Club Hybrid Fisting Lube.
